Brookgreen Forest HOA is governed by a five member volunteer Board of Directors. There is also an Architectural Review Committee to assist with exterior change applications received from home owners. This Board of Directors and Architectural Committee meet regularly and also communicate via email as needed to address home owners concerns and requests in a timely manner.
