Welcome to Brookgreen Forest! Our neighborhood of 181 single−family homes was established in 1993 in Cary, one of the fastest-growing cities in North Carolina. Our neighborhood features sidewalks, gaslight-style streetlights, and a real feeling of community. Many of our residents are members of the Brookgreen Forest Community Watch, which promotes crime prevention awareness in our neighborhood. What a safe place to raise a family!
We are within walking distance of Parkway Pointe Shopping Center, where there is a Food Lion grocery store, a Rite Aid pharmacy, and several restaurants and other stores and services. Beaver Creek Shopping Center in Apex, and Cary Towne Center and Crossroads Plaza in Cary are just a short drive from our neighborhood and provide a myriad of shopping options. We’re also just minutes from Parkway greenway trails, Apex Community Park, Bond Park, and the Cary Family YMCA, which provides both indoor and outdoor venues for exercise and family fun. Brookgreen Forest is close to downtown Cary and to Apex - we have the best of both worlds!
