Callan Park Homeowners Association
Callan Park Townhomes are located in the Heart of Cary off of Waldo Street. These 20 units were built in 2002 and 2007 allowing for affordable living in an up and coming area. Our community offers low dues in a quaint and relaxing setting. We are located within walking distance to the Cary Main Library, Post Office and Town Hall. We even have the local DMV/Amtrak station around the corner from us. Local churches, restaurants and shopping centers are plentiful in our area. Our convenient location allows for quick access to Raleigh, Apex, RTP, I-40 and 540.
The school district: Cary Elementary, Reedy Creek Middle, and Cary High.
