The 2010 Fiscal Year will start on January 1, 2010 and your annual assessment will be $900.00 for 2010. This assessment can be paid in full in January or you may send monthly payments of $75.00 by the first of each month starting with January 1, 2010. These monthly installments are considered late after the 30th of the month for which they are due and will automatically receive a $15 late fee for every month they remain unpaid. These payment coupons will also be available on your community website in case you misplace the enclosed set of coupons. You have two options for making the assessment payments to the HOA. The first would be to send your check in the mail to the mailing address provided on the enclosed coupons. The second option would be to set up automatic online bill payments with your bank. You can do this from your computer or go into your bank and ask for assistance. The vast majority of banks provide this as a free service for your checking account. Please use your abbreviated property address as your “account number.” (i.e.: 1234 Anywhere Court would be abbreviated as 1234 AC) This will trigger the system to send a paper check by mail to the address on the coupons. Grandchester Meadows, Inc does not offer automatic drafts from your checking account and does not accept debit/ credit card payments.
