Emorywood Orchards HOA
Emorywood Orchards is a community of gorgeous single−family homes in south Durham about 2 miles north of Research Triangle Park, within a short drive of Streets of Southpoint Mall. It is tucked away behind Emorywood Estates, an older, prestigious community with a great reputation throughout Durham. The only entrance and exit to Emorywood Orchards is through Emorywood Estates, giving our community an exclusive, private feel.
Phase 1 consists of 31 home sites, most of which are occupied. Our builder has a beautiful model home in the community that shows off Vesta’s dedication to style and quality. Development work on Phase II has started, which will add conventional single−family homes and will also include a patio home section with bungalow/craftsman style architecture, in which the homeowners association will maintain the lawns.
