Falcon Ridge is a community of 109 townhomes located on the corner of Gorman and Kaplan Streets. We are very convenient to many restaurants, shopping and I–440. One of our key elements is that our neighborhood is located on NC State’s WolfLine.
The community is approximately 20 years old, but beautifully maintained. The homeowners association maintains the grounds, exteriors (except for porch rails) and decks. The subdivision is a good real estate investment for both individuals or investors. We have a good mix of owner occupied and tenant occupied homes due to our close proximity to North Carolina State University, Meredith College and Peace College.
