Falcon Ridge - Assessment Notice
Dear Members,
The 2010 Fiscal Year will start on January 1, 2010 and your monthly assessments will be $105.00 per month. These payments must be paid in full by the first of each month starting on January 1, 2010. This payment will be considered late after the 30th of the month for which it is due and will automati-cally receive a $15 late fee for every month they remain unpaid.
Click on the link below for your payment coupons. Your available payment options are:
- Regular bank checks mailed to the PO Box by the due date shown.
- Pay with credit card using Google Checkout below.
- On-line bill pay using your bank’s free on-line bill service. Input your address abbreviation for the account number and your bank will generate a paper check which will be mailed to the PO Box. Ask your local bank branch manager if you need assistance.
