Fortunes Ridge Homeowners Association

Fortunes Ridge Townhome Association is the homeowner association name of the Home Place III Community in the Woodcroft neighborhood in southwest Durham, North Carolina. This is a family community in which a majority of the homes are owner-occupied. There are 147 one-story and two-story townhomes nestled among mature trees and surrounded by over ten miles of paved walking and biking trails. The American Tobacco Trail is within walking distance and runs the eastern edge of the community.

Home Place III is located near the intersection of Fayetteville Road and Woodcroft Parkway and is convenient to I-40, Highway 54, Highway 55, and the Research Triangle. We are also conveniently located on bus lines to the Research Triangle Park, Duke, and UNC, where many of our residents work. The community is within walking and biking distance of many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, childcare centers, and other professional services. As part of the Woodcroft neighborhood association, residents in Home Place III can join, for a separate membership fee, the Woodcroft Swim and Tennis Club.

Regular board meetings for the Fortunes Ridge Townhome Association are scheduled for the second Thursday of every January, March, May, September and November, unless otherwise noted. The meetings are held at the Woodcroft Professional Building, Suite K beginning at 6:30 p.m. The May meeting is reserved for the annual association meeting, which includes election of new board members. Open floor time is provided at all meetings for residents who wish to voice concerns and comments about their community.
