Dear Residents,
Please see the memo below from the city of Durham. They have asked that
we distribute this to our neighbors due to an expensive overflow that
occurred on Park Ridge Apartments’ property earlier this week. Apparently
50 to 75% of all sewer backups are caused by grease in the drain lines.
Please help save some of our tax dollars by following the city’s recommendations
for grease disposal.
