Villages of Fox Run Architectural Committee
The Villages of Fox Run Architectural Committee is responsible for reviewing all Architectural Change Requests submitted by residents/property owners. The committee also provides guidance in the development of VFR Community Guidelines and Standards to ensure maintenance of the community’s architectural style while still allowing as much leeway as possible.

Architectural Change Request Form (pdf) – This form must be completed and signed by the owner and submitted to the Architectural Committee. The committee has 30 days to review the form and provide a response. No modifications may begin before receiving approval from the committee. Once approval is granted, all approved changes must begin within 90 days, and must be completed within 90 days of the start of construction.
