Villages of Fox Run HOA Guidelines Help

As a home owner in the Villages of Fox Run community you are expected to comply with the community Covenants, By-Laws, and Guidelines which are available for review on the Docs Menu linked above. Many of you have lived in similar neighborhoods with similar requirements while others have not so this page has been developed to assist everyone. For home owners that feel there is a non-compliance issue near them, please click here. Please provide the address of the concern and as many details as possible. A picture of the violation would be even more helpful. For the home owners who are new to the HOA experiance and/ or have received a notice about a concern, the next section is devoted to the most common concerns that would need to be corrected.

Street Parking- The Covenants restrict the parking of all vehicles to the driveway and/ or garage designated for each home. As such, this means that street parking is prohibited throughout the community. It is understandable if you have an event at your home which makes it necessary for guests to park in the street but please be considerate of your neighbors and the need for traffic to flow freely.

Home Maintenance- Although there are several differences between the single family homes and the townhomes with respect the home owner responsibilities, there are home maintenance activities shared by both. This includes keeping the area around your home neat and clutter free, keeping your trash can properly stored, and staining/ protecting your deck on a regular basis. This may also include repairing or replacing deck boards/ railings/ steps to keep your deck safe and attractive.

Pets- It is the responsibility of every pet owner to clean up after their pets, even if in the common areas. Pets must also be controlled by their human companion with a leash when outside the home and should never be tied up to anything outside. This is for the safety of your neighbors as well as your pet.
