Villages of Fox Run Landscape Committee
The Villages of Fox Run Landscaping Committee is responsible for reviewing all Landscaping Change Requests submitted by residents/property owners. Such projects needing approval of the landscaping committee include, but are not limited to, the addition of fences, flower beds, etc. The committee also makes recommendations to the HOA Board of landscaping projects to be completed for the community.
Landscaping Committee Members Felecia Perry and Mary Ann Hurst
Landscaping Change Request Form – This form must be completed and signed by the owner and submitted to the Landscaping Committee. The committee has 30 days to review the form and provide a response. No modifications may begin before receiving approval from the committee. Once approval is granted, all approved changes must begin within 90 days, and must be completed within 90 days of the start of construction.
