Villages of Fox Run Pool Information
The Villages of Fox Run pool is now open for the summer season thru the week after Labor Day weekend. Wake County has inspected the pool and approved it for use. In addition, Wake County will perform periodic inspections throughout the pool season and must re-inspect the pool if certain violations occur. This year the pool will close on September 12, 2011.
The pool water requires chlorine and pH testing 2 times per day, with one test being performed by a certified pool attendant (CPO). A VFR resident has kindly agreed to take on the responsibility for taking care of the pool at a savings for the HOA which will allow for other community needs to be met.
The VFR pool rules and regulations have been developed for the protection of the community and to help assure that every family enjoys the pool season. Furthermore; several of the rules are required by the Wake County Health Department. Failure to follow these rules may result in the temporary closing of the pool. Residents who cannot follow the rules may lose access to the pool. In addition, any resident who is not current on HOA dues will be denied access to the pool until their HOA dues are brought current.
Pool Rules
The owner of the residence must email the community manager (click here) when requesting a replacement card for the pool access. The owner must pay a fee for the replacement card prior to receiving the card.
Pool Access/Locking System — The pool is locked via an electronic card access system. All homes have been given an access card which will grant access to the pool between 6 am and 8:30 pm. This system will generate a log of who has accessed the pool and at what time. Therefore, please do not share your card with anyone and please do not let anyone into the pool who does not have their card.
