Welcome to Oakhaven! Our single family home community consists of ranch style, master down and two story floor plans which feature two or three car garages. We also have a park and are conveniently located near the Streets of Southpoint Mall for our shopping enthusiasts. For our walking, jogging, & cycling enthusiasts, we are also conveniently located near the American Tobacco Trail. Our neighborhood normally gets together two or three times each year. This includes our barbeque and annual Easter egg hunt for the kids. We are located close to Research Triangle Park in Durham, NC. To reach us, get on I-40 towards Durham and take exit 276 (Fayetteville Street) going towards Southpoint Mall. Turn left onto Herndon Rd. Stay on Herndon Rd about 1.5 miles and Oakhaven is on the right.
