
Welcome to Park Crest
The following brief information is to assist you in understanding the logistics of the Park Crest Community. There are 23 homes in the neighborhood consisting of 100- 217 Pointe Crest Court.
- HOA assessments are collected monthly and are due the 1st of every month. There is a late fee for payments made after the 15th of each month.
- Exterior home maintenance covered by HOA includes, but is not necessarily limited to: gutter cleaning, grounds maintenance, private street maintenance, street lighting, exterior painting, wood repair, siding repair and replacement, roof repair and replacement, deck stain, deck repair and replacement, monthly exterior insect inspection/treatment, an annual termite warranty contract, and plumbing located outside the house up to the city water meter or city sewer line.
- Garbage and recycle curbside pick up is Friday mornings except for holiday weeks. You will be left a note on your trash can with holiday schedule updates.
- Landscapers visit the property weekly during the warmer months and as needed during the colder months. Schedules may change due to weather.
- The property management company is Grandchester Meadows, Inc. All documents and community information can be found on the website or by calling (919) 389-7944.
- The current BOD members are: Alice Brennen, Jess Berman, and Julie Pender
- BOD meets as needed at the home of a Board member. Call or write if you would like to attend a meeting.
- A copy of the by laws and covenants.
- Pets: Allowed but must follow all Wake County ordinances.
- One advertisement sign is allowed in the front yard or in a window but is not allowed in the common area.
