Park Place Pool Rules & Regulations
Residents may reserve the clubhouse to host special events for a small fee. The cost is $25 for residents and $50 for non-residents. All non-residents will also be required to pay a refundable security deposit of $250. You may make a reservation by calling Betsy Mebane at (919) 469-9738. The clubhouse facility has restrooms, a refrigerator, an electric stove, sink, dishwasher, and a microwave. There is a couch and loveseat along with a coffee table with an end table. Also, there is a small dining table with four matching chairs. The poolside tables and chairs may be brought in to accommodate more guests.
All events need to be finished by midnight because the clubhouse is located in a residential area. Please download and read the Park Place Pool & Clubhouse Rules prior to making your reservation. The pool and clubhouse are a community facility which should be treated with great respect by all residents and guests.
Pool Reminders
Betsy Mebane has been doing an outstanding job of maintaining the pool facility. The community owes her a great deal of gratitude for the continued great appearance of the facility. This year has certainly been one of the busiest at the pool and this has highlighted some issues that all residents need to consider.
First and foremost, all residents should abide by the Park Place Pool & Clubhouse Rules at all times. One area of particular concern is that residents should not bring any glassware to the pool. While no resident intends to break glass at the pool, accidents will happen. Broken glass that gets into the pool will cause the pool to be shut down for a few days and can cost the HOA several hundred dollars. Any resident seen with glass at the pool will be asked to leave immediately. Repeat violations can result in the suspension of pool privileges. The other area of concern is that residents should make sure to clean up their area before leaving the pool. Please leave only your footprints...
