Preston Trace Assessment and Coupon
Dear Members:
The 2010 Fiscal Year started on January 1, 2010 and your annual dues are $300.00 for 2010. These dues can be paid in full in January or you may send quarterly payments of $75.00 by the first of each quarter starting with January 1, 2010. These quarterly installments are considered late after the 30th of the month for which they are due and will automatically receive a $15 late fee for every month they remain unpaid. These payment coupons will also be available on your community website in case you misplace the enclosed set of coupons. For your convenience click on the links below for your payment coupon sheets. Your available payment options are as follows:
- Regular bank checks mailed to the PO Box by the due date shown.
- On-line bill pay using your bank’s free on-line bill service. Input your address abbreviation for the account number and your bank will generate a paper check which will be mailed to the PO Box. Ask your local bank branch manager if you need assistance.
