The 2010 Fiscal Year starts on January 1, 2010 and your quarterly assessments are $130.00 per quarter. These payments must be paid in full by the first of each quarter (4/01/10, 7/01/10, 10/01/10). This payment will be considered late after the 30th of the month for which it is due and will automatically receive a $15 late fee for every month they remain unpaid. The enclosed payment coupons will also be available on your community website in case you misplace the enclosed coupons. The main website address is www.grandchestermeadows.com and the community links are located on the left hand side of this page.
You have three options for making the assessment payments to the HOA. The first would be to send your check in the mail to the mailing address provided on the enclosed coupons. The second is to use the credit card payment window below. The third option would be to set up automatic online bill payments with your bank. You can do this from your computer or go into your bank and ask for assistance. The vast majority of banks provide this as a free service for your checking account. Please use your abbreviated property address as your “account number.” (i.e.: 1234 Anywhere Court would be abbreviated as 1234 AC) This will trigger the system to send a paper check by mail to the address on the coupons. Grandchester Meadows, Inc does not offer automatic drafts from your checking account and does not accept debit/ credit card payments.
