2024 PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

– $480.00 Annually or $40.00 per month

– All payments are due on the 15th.

$15 late fee per month, if late.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 

• Mail check payable to Alexander Woods HOA, PO Box 1149, Apex NC 27502.
• Online Bill Pay – use your bank’s online bill pay services to send reoccurring payment
• Pay with Monthly Emails – free, one-time debit payments – emailed 1st of each month
• ACH Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and mail back with check 
• Pay with Credit Card – includes a fee charged by the credit card companies
