$130.00 per quarter – quarterly installments

$15 late fee per month after 30 days late

– Mail check payable to: Meadows at High Grove HOA – PO Box 1149, Apex NC 27502

– Online Bill Pay Services – use your bank’s online bill pay services to send reoccurring payments

– Pay with Quarterly Emails – free, one-time debit payments – emailed 1st of each quarter

– Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and send back with a VOIDed check

– Pay with Credit Card – there is a fee charged by the credit card companies for this service
