2024 PAYMENT INFORMATION:

$350.00 annually or $87.50 per quarter

Quarterly payments are due:

Jan 30th – April 30 – July 30 – Oct 30

$15 late fee per month after 30 days late

PAYMENT OPTIONS

– Credit Card Payment – there is a fee charged by the credit card companies for this service

– Online Bill Pay- automatic payments from your account with online bill pay – free at most banks!

– ACH Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and send back with a VOID check
