The New Architectural Process Has Launched!
The revamped process launched August 2, 2022. Going forward, all ARC requests must be submitted via NABR where the system will contain all documentation and communication. Homeowners can log in at any time to see the status of the requests along with notes. All involved (homeowner, ARC committee, mgmt company) will receive automated status updates as well as reminders to ensure everything is progressing through the system.
It can all be easily accessed by going to the For Residents dropdown at the top, and then to Online Forms.
The net result is far greater organization, performance metrics, accountability, and faster turnaround times.
