Villa: $324.00 per month or $3,888.00 annually

Windsor: $358.00 per month or $4,296.00 annually

– Online Bill Pay Services – use your bank’s bill pay services to send reoccurring payments

– Pay with Monthly Emails – one-time debit payments from checking account
