General Rules- Quick List

Lawn Maintenance (Covenants Article XI, Section 1): The Owner of each Lot in the Property shall have the duty and responsibility, at such Owner’s sole cost and expense, to keep that part of the Property so owned… 1) Prompt removal of all litter, trash, refuse and wastes;* Lawn mowing on a regular basis;* Tree and shrub pruning.* Keeping lawn and garden areas alive. * Parking area and driveway in good repair.

Exterior Maintenance- Each owner shall, at his sole cost and expense, maintain and repair his lost and the improvements. No temporary structure or a temporary character can be erected at dwelling. Property shall be well-maintained, safe, clean and in attractive condition at all times.

Parking/Storage of Prohibited- Boats, motorboats, campers can not be stored on any part of the property.

Unapproved Exterior Change- Procedure- Covenants Article IX- No improvements of any kind or nature shall be erected, remodeled or placed on any Lot until all plans and specification therefore and a site plan therefor have been submitted to and approved in writing. Including landscape changes.
