Two Payment Option – $264 due by January 1st; $264 due by July 1st
$25 late fee per month plus 12% Annual Interest Fee

– Mail check – To be made payable to: Suncrest Village – PO Box 1149, Apex, NC 27502
– Online Bill Pay Auto Pay – use your bank’s online bill pay services to send reoccurring payments
– Pay with Electronic Invoices – free, one-time debit payments from your checking account
– ACH Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and mail back with check
– Pay with credit card – there is a fee charged by the credit card companies for this service
