We’d like to remind everyone of our community’s vehicle and parking rules to help maintain safety, preserve appearance, and ensure compliance with our covenants.
Key Parking Guidelines

Street Parking: Regular on-street parking is not permitted. Please use garages and driveways for daily and overnight parking. If guests or service vehicles must park temporarily on the street, they must not park on grass, mulch, or any soft surface.

Restricted Vehicles: RVs, boats, trailers, motorcycles, scooters, go-carts, golf carts, and similar vehicles may not be stored or parked outside of a garage for more than 24 hours.

Large Commercial Vehicles: May not be visibly parked or stored on any lot or common area. (Service and delivery vehicles are permitted while actively providing service.)

Pool Parking Lot: Overnight parking is not allowed in the pool parking lot. Vehicles may be subject to towing. To request an exception to be allowed to use the lot temprarily overnight, please contact the Board in advance. (Please be sure to include the days, number of vehicles and descriptions!)
Additional Reminders:
Residents are responsible for ensuring that their guests and tenants follow all parking rules. Owners are responsible for tenants.

ASSESSMENTS
2025 PAYMENT INFORMATION
$120.00 per quarter – January, April, July & October (same as 2024)
$15 late fee per month after 30 days late
PAYMENT OPTIONS
1. Mail check Payable to: Windcrest CA – PO Box 1149 Apex NC 27502
2. Online Pay Services – use your bank’s bill pay services to send payments; use street address as account / reference number
3. Pay using emailed invoice(s) – free, one-time debit payments from your checking account
4. ACH Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and send back with a VOID check
5. Pay with Card – there is a fee charged by the card processing companies for this service

– Basic Summary of 2004 Covenant Amendment:
5.1. Association Responsiblity – as it relates to the common areas, community features (entrances, pool, landscaping, irrigation, etc. – including all street trees required by the Town.
8.27. Window Treatments – No foil or reflective materials shall be used on any windows.
8.29. Buffer areas – to be left undisturbed.
– General Summary of 2005 Bylaw Amendment:
2.12. Action without a Formal Meeting – must be in writing and signed by each member.
2.13 Action by Written Ballots – allows for the use of ballot voting for actions. All ballots shall indicate the number of responses needed to meet quorum requirements, state percentages of approvals necessary to approve each matter other than election of directors; and specify the time a ballot must be received in order to be counted.
3.3. Board of Directors (President, Treasurer & Secretary)- must be 3 members or more but must be an odd number. There should be least one director from each neighborhood
3.5. The 3 directors representing each neighborhood shall be main titled directors, all others to be Members at Large. All officer terms are two years.
