  • Townhomes: $244.66 Monthly (Master fee included within)
  • Alleyway: $139.15 Annually + $251.26 Annual Master Dues

$15 late fee per month after 30 days late

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

2. Online Pay Services – use your bank’s bill pay services to send payments; use street address as account / reference number

3. Pay with using the emailed invoice(s) – free, one-time debit payments from your checking account

4. ACH Bank Draft – print and fill out the attached form and send back with a VOID check

5. Card Payment Portal – there is a fee charged by the card processing companies for this service
